1. What incentives do the universities in your country offer to support scholars and researchers to continue advances studies in the United States? In what way are Latin American universities supporting scholars?
According to the informations I have, the only way that my country support scholars and researchers to advance their studies is by helping them to find scholarship or in the case of employees sometimes their firm can pay those study for them.

Scholarships.
