In my point of view is the great technical development to get in touch with the expertised people of the different field in such far away places, without having the need to travel. Travelling abroad implies spending huge amount of money for the flight tickets, accommodation, welfare.

Absolutely it is the tool to contribute teachers' performance and it does not generate more inconvenience whether the companies and government help with funds to afford it.
Teachers' performance will show in the level of planning for the production: The lesson planning will need to include "production" attributes to allow for flow, interaction, activity and evaluation to ensure learning.
